Grilled Indian PorkINGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

* 1 bone-in sirloin roast, about 4 pounds, and cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
* 2 large red bell , seeded, deribbed, and cut into 1-inch squares

* 12 (12-inch) skewers, soaked in for at least 30 minutes

* 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 1/2 cup fresh

DIRECTIONS

1. To make Indian spice , place in processor and process until minced. Add spices, , oil, and . Process until thoroughly combined.
2. Place in large self-sealing plastic bag. Pour over and mix with until is evenly coated. Seal bag and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
3. Prepare medium-hot fire in charcoal or preheat gas to medium high. Thread onto skewers, alternating with pieces of red pepper and onion.
4. Spray grate with spray. kabobs directly over medium-hot fire, turning to brown evenly on all sides, for total of 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer to warm platter or individual plates and serve.
